Questions & Answers

It's okay to ask...

How many people can you tour at one time?

We have taken couples on tour, and with multiple guides have guided groups as large as 20 people.

How many hours do most people book a guide for?

Our guests spend on average 6 to 8 hours a day with their guide. This is dependent on operating hours and your afternoon break. We do have a four hour minimum when booking our guides.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes. If you decide to cancel your tour within 24 hours of its scheduled start, you will be charged for the four hour minimum, plus applicable gratituities for the guide and any itinerary planning days. This policy can be waived for certain situations. Please call us.

Are we limited to having our guide only at the theme parks?

Our guides are not only experts about the theme parks, but can show you the best that Central Florida or Southern California has to offer. All you need to do is ask, we will be glad to assist you.

Will our guide be with us for our entire vacation?

That is completely up to you. Guides can be with you whenever you feel their services are needed. Guides have stayed with teens while the rest of the family goes to the hotel to rest. There have been instances of families having our guides watch their children at the pool while Mom and Dad rest or get a massage! We want to be there for you when you need us.

Do we receive front of the line privileges?

No. Our guides know when the least crowded times are to visit attractions and know how to utilize Disney's Fastpass system to the fullest. Many of Disney's average guest don't know how. The average wait time for our families very rarely exceed 10 minutes, regardless of how busy the season.

Do we really need a guide for Universal Studios and Sea World?

Our guides have experienced every attraction in the theme parks. They know where to go, when to go, what's actually worth seeing, and helping maximize your time in the parks. Families who have had a guide accompany them were glad they did.
